
William O'Brien
William O'Brien graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending college, he studied history and political science. He also immersed himself in the local area and took part in many campaigns for community empowerment and social justice. For instance, he led a non-partisan voter registration drive in 2008 and a ballot reformation initiative in 2010.
He enrolled in law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law Illinois Institute of Technology in 2011. He focused on litigation and matters affecting consumers especially in their financial capacity. He graduated in 2014 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Then, he went on to receive his Masters of Law degree from Duke Law School in 2015.
William remains focused on protecting consumers, accident victims, and other vulnerable sections of society. His practice has focused on both regulatory as well as legal processes. He has developed modern techniques to examine case circumstances and move case strategy forward. He is committing to fighting for his clients and making sure they get the best outcome possible.
William assists the firm in the prosecution of serious accident and wrongful death cases such as: trucking accidents, workers compensation, construction site accidents and nursing home abuse.
