- Heart Attack Patient Readmitted to the Facility within 30 Days (between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2016) – 16.6% of all patients treated at the hospital for heart attack were readmitted to the facility 30 days after discharge for retreatment. The statistical percent is minimally higher than the national average (16.3%) an Illinois State average (16.4%).
