In a summary statement of deficiencies dated 08/21/2014 a notation is made during an annual health inspection involving the facility’s failure “to perform hand hygiene during peri care for one resident.” This is in response to a certified nursing assistant preparing “to perform peri care on [a resident] without first washing her hands.”
